The founding ideas behind BW
is to foster a more agile approach (via a business application environment) whereby organizations can assembly software (as services) while retaining

• rapid development achieved by large-block reuse , e.g. existing web services
• control over complexity, mainly by enforcing semantics and using generative frameworks
• and awareness through visualization & modelling

Part of the founding ideas originated from my final year project which was directed at a component/software tool

This further cemented with my corporate IT experience,
BW is a continuation from where the project left off, and taking its spirit into the Web & commercial arena
